Affirmations: statements stated in the present form, usually using the words “I AM,” used repetitively to speak something into existence. 

Affirmations are known to be one of the most powerful statements, or rather tools, to use in one’s life.  “I AM” has been said to be the two of the most powerful words in the English language, first popularly used in history by Jesus Christ. 

Especially with 2020’s huge drawback for almost everybody, we thought this piece would be valuable for anyone, as a reminder or even an introduction to individuals about the power of affirmations.
